Here you are in the last 3 stages of our learn to swim program, congratulations for getting this far!

Stages 7-9 focuses on Breaststroke and Butterfly. Swimmers would already have some understanding of prior basic movements like the “Whip-kick” for Breaststroke and “undulation” for Butterfly. In these final stages of the learn to swim program, the swimmers’ core control, body alignment and coordination are challenged to be able to swim the more complex strokes proficiently. This stage is usually the most challenging but also the most rewarding as finishing it would mean that you’ll be finally certified as a proficient swimmer!
